Anjali leads community outreach and operations. She spends most of her week where the work actually happens — in bastis and villages, running enrolment drives, sitting with families who need convincing that their daughter should finish school, and holding the skill batches together.

अपूर्वा स्वप्निल तांबे
Apurva leads programme design and partnerships. She builds the curriculum for each batch, keeps the health and education initiatives for adolescent girls running, and manages the trust's relationships with donors, CSR partners and government schemes.
You do not need a degree in social work. If you can teach, drive, keep accounts, or sit patiently with someone — there is a place for you here.
